Visit to NIT ( Department of Management Studies ) - 22nd Sep 2013 @ Trichy

This is the second visit to NIT ( DoMS), fresh set of students participated in MMA's HR Conclave.

Trends of different industries recruitment details shared by Visukumar Gopal and competency gap explained in detail. Special discussion around Performance and Personal competencies which required to execute projects successfully happened during this session.





As part of panel discussion, more discussion happened around importance of Entrepreneur skills. Many of the students' industry related questions were addressed during this session.
