Power of Volunteering - PMI National Conference 2012

In today scenario, whether in professional life or social life volunteering become important to learn many new things by interacting with different group of people and experience through involving in different activities. People who want to get relieve from stressful work/life, can get involved in volunteering service that will give personal fulfillment and also help to build their network with new people. It also helps to build relationships with groups.

We can't work always for y'day perceptions what we have, we should keep renew our perceptions for renewed life. Volunteering will bring that kind of renewed perceptions and make individuals to change and continuously improve their values.

Instead of looking what is there for me, it will give opportunity for what can give to others. Volunteering gives more intangible benefits, the satisfaction which we get from volunteering service, can’t be expressed in words. That can be realized only when we serve to others.

Learned many things during PMI National Conference, India 2012 being as an Organizing Committee.   Before the conference, we had photo session with Mr. Mark Langley, CEO, Project Management Institute.
