Define Yourself, Definition of Your Life !!!

On 10th Jan 2013, visited to NIT - Department of Management Studies and gave guest lecture to MBA students. It was a very interactive session, addressed to many queries which students had about career track. Insisted the importance of Goal Setting before they choose the specialization in their course and joining with an organization. Also discusssed about different career tracks and how certifications can help them to grow in their career.

On 10th Jan 2013 visited to Trichy, to give series of lectures to different groups. On that evening, gave lecture on Change Management @ Hotel Sangam for MMA Trichy Chapter Members. People from SME Organizations, Shop Oweners, Business and from academics attended the session. Under this topic, covered 3 major areas People, Process and Project. End of the session, one of the senior most person appreciated about the presentation and content which covered under this topic. Many other participants gave the good feedback directly and few of them asked advice for their organization development / career growth. Mr. M.Subramanian ( Chairman - MMA Trichy Chapter ) and Mr. M.Srinivasan ( President - BHELSIA ) shared the dais with me during the session.

On 3rd Jan 2013, Visited to RMK Engineering College, Chennai and addressed  to Students and Staffs about Software Project Management, following that explained about how students can become a PMI Member and insisted the benefits of CAPM Certification. During open session, highlighted about how project management knowledge helps the individuals to grow in their career under execution track.
