Changes are inevitable.   Now-a-days people are no longer having a choice, they must change to survive. But many people resist change, because they have to learn new things and they have many reasons too. People have to look change as an opportunity to strengthen the life and to advance in their career. But they look it as disruptive and intrusive. Reasons like fear of failure, creature of habit, No obvious need, and loss of control, closed mind, unwillingness to learn, fear of unknown and fear of personal impact are resisting people to change. Change Management - MMA Trichy Chapter

On 10th Jan 2013 visited to Trichy, to give series of lectures to different groups. On that evening, gave lecture on Change Management @ Hotel Sangam for MMA Trichy Chapter Members. People from SME Organizations, Shop Oweners, Business and from academics attended the session. Under this topic, covered 3 major areas People, Process and Project. End of the session, one of the senior most person appreciated about the presentation and content which covered under this topic. Many other participants gave the good feedback directly and few of them asked advice for their organization development / career growth. Mr. M.Subramanian ( Chairman - MMA Trichy Chapter ) and Mr. M.Srinivasan ( President - BHELSIA ) shared the dais with me during the session.

Crack the Change - CII Conference on Project Management

CII and PMI jointly organized the Conference on Project Management at Taj West End, Bangalore on 22nd & 23rd Dec 2012. Theme of the conference " Doing more with less". Invited as a speaker to address the session under the topic "Change Management an Inevitable Reality", along with two other speakers from different organizations. we had detailed discussions to cover the every aspects of given topic. Mr. Vijayaraghavan introduced us to delegates and initiated his session. Under the title “Crack the change with new paradigm”, I have covered the new evolution model of project management, Importance of competencies, combining with other methodologies like LEAN, Agile, explained about different Project Management Org structure, then insisted about need of the Project Management Center of Excellence.   End of the session, we clarified queries of conference delegates.
