Change Management - MMA Trichy Chapter


On 10th Jan 2013 visited to Trichy, to give series of lectures to different groups. On that evening, gave lecture on Change Management @ Hotel Sangam for MMA Trichy Chapter Members. People from SME Organizations, Shop Oweners, Business and from academics attended the session. Under this topic, covered 3 major areas People, Process and Project.


End of the session, one of the senior most person appreciated about the presentation and content which covered under this topic. Many other participants gave the good feedback directly and few of them asked advice for their organization development / career growth.

Mr. M.Subramanian ( Chairman - MMA Trichy Chapter ) and Mr. M.Srinivasan ( President - BHELSIA ) shared the dais with me during the session.
