Victory Insights Trainers Forum inaugurated at Chennai on 15th June 2013. This is an initiative to have a team and This Victory Insights Trainers forum founded by Chief consultant Padmaja Sn.
 
This group will meet in person once a month to share Books, Games, Activities, Workshops, Designing tricks, modules, stories, visual aids and innovative delivery styles, also discuss about current trends in training.

A SWOT matrix is a framework for analyzing our strengths and weaknesses, as well as the opportunities and threats we face. This helps us to focus on our strengt hs, minimize weaknesses, and take advantage of every opportunity. SWOT is an acronym for Strength, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats. The first two, strengths and weaknesses, are our personal attributes that we bring to our life. The second two, opportunities and threats are what the outside world brings to us.
