PMI Champion

PMI India is engaged in the endeavor of encouraging professionals from various industries to start practicing Project Management as a profession, use PMBOK® (Project Management Body of Knowledge) Guide and several other industry related best practices, achieve relevant credentials and thereby promote the profession of Project Management. To enable this, PMI India has decided to constitute a Champions program, members of which will engage in specified activities. This is one of its kind programs and is sponsored by PMI India. Champions from various industries across India are part of this program.



Visukumar Gopal, Practice Manager (SOG) from Syntel Ltd becomes a member of this program. He is one among 22 PMI Champions across the India. As a PMI Champion, he will be a bridge between PMP aspirants, PMPs and PMI India. He will be assisting with regards to Project Management Practices, Certifications, Chapter Memberships, PMI Conferences as well as Organization related Project Management Capability building whenever necessary. It’s a wonderful opportunity for the PMP aspirants and PMPs to get in touch with Visukumar Gopal and grow in their career as Professional Project Managers.

    Hi Visu Kumar.
    I read your post about PMI Champion. I agree with you we all have knowledge of some kind and It will give us no value untill we use that knowledge practically. I also trying to learn the Adobe photoshop for making cat wallpaper so that I can complete the project and deliver to my client.
