Leadership - ILN Chennai Fruncido

During October month, we gathered at coffee world and created the core committee of ILN Chennai Chapter. From first core committee meeting to ILN Chennai Fruncido, there were many email exchanges, conference calls and meetings to make the event successful.

On 17th Nov we had this event at Hotel Savera, Inaugurated by Group Captain Vijayakumar & other Guest of Honors.



As part of welcome address, covered the steps to welcome the change and also explained the Vision / Mission / Strategic Model of ILN to attendees.



Following that Chief Guest Address by Group Captain R. Vijayakumar (Executive Director - Madras Management Association). He explained the qualities of Leader on his style with many anecdotes.

Here the core committee group, who organized this event and completed successfully.



It was good experience to work with diversified group, now we have many plans to execute in future.

    It is good to do conference on the topic of leadership. Because when most leaders combine together and then they sharp the mind of each other, which helps to grow themselves.
    I think it will be good conference.
